What cut of beef do you use?
We use the most flavorful — and most expensive — cut of beef available. We believe starting with premium beef is the single biggest factor in making great jerky, and we refuse to compromise on that.
What is in your marinade?
Our marinade is a secret recipe that we've developed and refined over the years. We can tell you it's delicious — but that's about all we'll say!
Is your jerky gluten-free?

How long does the jerky stay fresh?
Our jerky is best enjoyed within 1–2 weeks of opening. Unopened bags have a longer shelf life — check the package for the best-by date. For maximum freshness, store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate after opening.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — check back for updates.
Are you currently taking orders?
We are currently updating our manufacturing process to better serve our customers. The end result will be the same quality product with a larger volume of production. Check back in Spring 2015 for availability.
